How the Referral Process
Works
When a family law query is received through the Kaelo Employee Assistance Programme, the case is referred to SAAM. SAAM then matches the matter with qualified mediators from the Kaelo database and provides the parties with mediator options to choose from. Once a mediator is confirmed, they contact the parties to arrange the first session (including a free 30-minute consultation). The mediator continues with the process, provides regular updates to SAAM, and SAAM in turn supplies Kaelo with monthly case status reports.

SAAM invoices the mediator R750 per case after the first session with the clients, payable within 30 days.

Terms and conditions apply as per the SAAM-Mediator Agreement relating to the Kaelo Referral Project.

Expand your client base through direct referrals from Kaelo.
