Gauteng Mediation Protocol – Reporting Forms
SAAM has standardised the reporting process required in terms of the Gauteng Mediation Protocol to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance. To support uniform data collection, SAAM has introduced a set of short online reporting forms for mediators.
Court-Annexed Mediations
All SAAM-accredited mediators who conduct court-annexed mediations in the Gauteng Division are required to submit the relevant reporting forms.
The use of these forms enables SAAM to maintain consistent records and accurately compile the report required by the Judge President.
