SAAM Training Webinar: Reporting Obligations for SAAM Members

This training session offers SAAM members a clear, practical, and authoritative overview of reporting obligations arising from court-annexed mediations conducted under the Gauteng High Court Mediation Directive and the June 2025 Mediation Protocol.

The session will explain what must be reported, by whom, to whom, and within which timeframes, with specific reference to the responsibilities of individual mediators as well as SAAM’s role as a recognised mediation organisation (RMO). Particular focus will be placed on the Mediator’s Report, joint minute, statistical reporting requirements, and the potential consequences of non-compliance for both mediators and litigants.
